Morning Meditation

Deep breath
so I don't rush past the holiness and the beauty

Quiet breath
so I hear the world beyond my own voice

Calm breath
so I bring peace, not panic, to this day

Prayerful breath
because God is met in these moments

Deep breath

Quiet breath

Calm breath
